Πτηνοτροφική Μονάδα
Μία από τις πιο σύγχρονες πτηνοτροφικές μονάδες της Κρήτης "Αυγά Κριτσάς", στεγάζεται σε ένα κτήριο 360,00 m2 στο Μαρδάτι Κριτσάς. Το κτήριο φιλοξενεί τις εγκαταστάσεις συλλογής και συσκευασίας αυγών σε ένα ενιαίο χώρο, ενώ στο πίσω μέρος βρίσκονται τα γραφεία διαχείρισης και διακίνσης του παραγόμενου προιόντος.
Στην έκταση των τεσσάρων στρεμάτων, έχει κατασκευαστεί μόνο το κτήριο, ενώ το υπόλοιπο παραμένει αδιαμόρφωτο, με μόνη παρέμβαση την οριοθέτηση του χώρου, τη φύτευση και την εξυγίανση του εδάφους.
Πληρώντας όλες τις προδιαγραφές που απαιτούνται βάσει των ευρωπαικών προτύπων, η μονάδα καθίσταται πλήρως πιστοποιημένη , διατηρώντας μία από τις μεγαλύετερες γραμμές παραγωγής και εμπορίου βιολογικών αυγών στο νησί της Κρήτης.
