Daios Cove, Luxury Resort & Villas
Daios Cove Luxury Resort & Villas is a 5-star hotel covering 32,000m² of a 220,000m² plot located in an eastward-facing bay, 5km south-east of Agios Nikolaos, on the island of Crete. One of the most ambitious hotel construction projects undertaken by a building company in Crete in recent decades, Daios Cove includes a total of 300 villas and suites, a conference centre for approximately 400 people, and a thalassotherapy centre overlooking the bay.
As the construction company in Agios Nikolaos Crete responsible for this project, our office at Zervos Consulting Engineers managed all required building permits in Crete, the full structural analysis and design, and the supervision of all construction works from start to completion. The excellent cooperation between our office and Daios Cove Hotel throughout the entire project, across all services provided, continues to this day.
