Blue Palace , a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa
Blue Palace, is a state-of-the-art 5* hotel, that was built in Elounda, directly opposite the island of Spinalonga.
All of the buildings have built amphitheatrically, so that all the villas and suites have a direct view of the spinalonga, which was also the main idea of the project.
A feature of the hotel is that is divided in two sections. In the upper part is the main volume of the buildings and some of the communal spaces, while the lower part is on the seafront. The second one, includes also the thalassotherapy spa center and some of the restaurants. These two sections are connected via a telepherique, which passes under the local Elounda-Plaka road.
For the implemented of this project, our office undertook to complete all the necessary building permits, the structural analysis & design and the supervision of construction site during the construction works.The excellent cooperation of our office with Blue Palace Hotel until the completion of the project, for the total of the services were provided, remains to date.
