New state-of-the-art 5* Hotel
A new 5 star hotel is going to be build in Elounda, the most popular place in Crete of its luxury tourist services. All of the structural and architectural plans were completed in 2018, and the construction is ready to get start.
This new state-f-the-art hotel covers 29.000m2 of a 170.000m2 land. In total consists of 394 room (suites & villas) eastward orientation, with a panoramic view of entire bay of Elounda.
The large 3.000m2 infinity swimming pool , give you the feeling of no boundary with the sea, without interrupted its endless view. The project also includes a conference center for about 400 people, two tennis courts, one 5x5 football pitch and the most special place of the hotel, an observatory on the highest spot of the site.
To complete the project, our office undertook to complete all the necessary building permits, the structural analysis & design and the supervision of construction site during the construction works.
