The Mansion

"The mansion" , is part of the hotel "Daios Cove, Luxury Resort & Spa". This presidential villa has 600 m2 area and is divided in 3 stories.

In the two upper levels, are the bedrooms, the living spaces, the kitchen and the bathrooms, with a view of the swimming pool area and the sea. In the lower level, a wellness area is placed, which includes the indoor pool with spa and gym.

The building was completed in 2016, and is part of the main project of Daios Cove Hotel (2010). For the implemented of this project, our office undertook to complete all the necessary building permits, the structural analysis & design and the supervision of construction site during the construction works.The excellent cooperation of our office with Daios Cove Hotel until the completion of the project, for the total of the services were provided, remains to date.
