The Mansion
"The Mansion" is a landmark luxury project by a leading construction company in Crete, located within the renowned Daios Cove, Luxury Resort & Spa. This presidential villa spans 600 m² and is developed across three levels, showcasing the expertise of a top building company in Crete.
The two upper floors host the bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, and bathrooms, all offering stunning views of the swimming pool and the Cretan Sea. The lower level features a dedicated wellness area, including an indoor pool, spa, and gym, reflecting high-end construction standards in Agios Nikolaos.
The building was completed in 2016 and forms part of the wider Daios Cove development (2010). For the implementation of this project, our office, as an experienced construction company in Agios Nikolaos Crete, undertook the full process of building permits in Crete, along with structural analysis, design, and full supervision of the construction site.
