Elounda the Villas, Villa One
On an a land of 13,700 m2, the two independent villas (Villa One & Villa Two), have a discreet presence in the area. Both the local materials used and the choice of earthtone colors create a smoothly connection of the buildings with the wider environment.
Villa One is developed on three levels, each of which offers a different experience to guests. The most characteristic place of the villa is the ground floor level, where the configuration of the area around the pool in combination with the breathtaking view to the bay of Elounda, create a unique relaxation area.
For the implemented of this project, our office undertook to complete all the necessary building permits, the structural analysis & design, the supervision and the construction of the villas.
