Residences Complex in Agios Nikolaos

This project is going to be implemented in area "Agios Dimitrios", in Agios Nikolaos, at the exit to Elounda. The land is owned by our company, and for the time we have just make a plan proposal for the development of the land plot. This plan proposal concerns 5 independent 3-storey residential buildings with pilotis, and the configuration of communal areas. In total, the allowable buildings area, is 2,080 m2.
