Elounda The Villas, Villa One
Σε μία έκταση 13,700 m2 , οι δύο ανεξάρτητες βίλλες ( Villa One & Villa Two), κατέχουν μία διακριτική παρουσία στο χώρο. Τόσο τα τοπικά υλικά που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν όσο και η επιλογή γήινων χρωμάτων, ορίζουν μία αρμονική σύνδεση των κτιρίων με το ευρύτερο περιβάλλον.
Η Villa One, αναπτύσσεται σε τρία επίπεδα, το κάθε ένα από τα οποία προσφέρει μία διαφορετική εμπειρία στους επισκέπτες. Χαρακτηριστικό μέρος της βίλλας, αποτελεί το ισόγειο επίπεδο, όπου η διαμόρφωση του χώρου γύρω από την πισίνα σε συνδυασμό με την άπλετη θέα προς στον κόλπο της Ελούντας, δημιουργούν ένα μοναδικό χώρο χαλάρωσης.
Για την υλοποίηση αυτού του έργου, το γραφείο μας ανέλαβε εξ' ολοκλήρου την έκδοση της οικοδομικής άδειας και τη διευθέτηση των απαιτούμενων διαδικαστικών ζητημάτων, τη στατική μελέτη, την επίβλεψη και την κατασκευή του συγκροτήματος.
