Minos Palace, Hotel & Suites
Minos Palace is a 5-star hotel in Agios Nikolaos, Crete, and one of the first luxury hotels built in the area. It has played an important role in the tourism development of the region and continues to contribute to the local hospitality industry. As a long-standing client of our construction company in Agios Nikolaos Crete, Minos Palace has worked with Zervos Consulting Engineers on an ongoing basis to continuously upgrade and improve its facilities.
The upgrading of tourism standards worldwide has motivated Minos Palace to invest each year in a series of structural and aesthetic improvements, delivered by our building company in Crete. The hotel consists of 148 luxury rooms, bungalows and suites with private pools, maintaining a discreet and refined presence within the landscape. Each annual renovation gives the overall structure a sense of renewal and luxury comfort.
The excellent cooperation between our office and Minos Palace Hotel — covering building permits in Crete, structural analysis and design, and construction supervision — continues to this day, with our team improving the hotel's structure and facilities every year.
The main pool has been replaced with a new infinity pool of 500m², a signature construction project delivered by our building company in Crete. The materials and textures used, combined with the landscaping around the pool — including plantings and timber panelling — create a uniquely luxurious atmosphere for guests.
